At The GFC School we have developed a strong school community and we are proud to have achieved a UNICEF Silver Right’s Respecting School Award, be recognised as Stonewall Champions and have been accredited with a National Online Safety Award. Our well-trained, hard-working and caring team of staff, who all understand the importance of safeguarding, ensure our students are at the core of everything we do.

Ofsted graded our school as ‘Good, with Outstanding features’ in our most recent inspection in January 2019. We were delighted with their findings, but we always aim to improve and build upon our successes.

We are passionate about ensuring all our children achieve their potential, whatever their starting point, as they experience our exciting, varied and challenging curriculum. 

Our school’s goal is that all our students fulfil their academic potential and become successful lifelong learners. Furthermore, we aim to guide them to become ambitious, productive and honest members of the community.

We have forged solid and positive links with our families, as well as with our neighbouring schools, ensuring both students and staff can benefit from the expertise of others in the local community. We also have strong links with Gillingham Football Club which allows our children to enjoy unique and invaluable experiences you can find nowhere else.
