The GFC School are proud to have been awarded the UNICEF Rights Respecting School Bronze Award. The aim now is to achieve Silver before going for Gold!

The Bronze award means that The GFC School’s Senior Leadership Team understands what is involved in the award and is committed to embarking on the UNICEF UK rights respecting journey. 

The school recognises the importance of the UN Convention on the Right of the Child (UNCRC) and aims to help improve the wellbeing of all children and young people and whilst making sure they realise their potential. UNCRC recognises that all children have the right to be treated with dignity, fairness, to be protected, to develop their full potential and to participate.
